1. Biomass & Organic Waste (Input) Stage 01

Sustainable collection of agricultural residues, crop waste, livestock manure, food waste, and organic municipal waste serving as renewable carbon feedstock.

Feedstock & Advanced Technology

Column A Renewable Feedstock Biomass

Versatile & Local Resources

The platform utilizes a broad range of locally available biomass and organic resources, maximizing waste valorization:

  • Agricultural and crop residues
  • Rice straw and sugarcane residues
  • Food-processing & agro-industrial waste
  • Fruit and vegetable waste
  • Livestock manure
  • Sewage sludge & wastewater biomass
  • Biodegradable municipal organic waste
Column B Advanced Reforming Technology

Advanced Process Integration

Biomass is biologically converted into biogas through high-efficiency anaerobic digestion, which is subsequently upgraded to pure biomethane.

The biomethane is transformed into synthesis gas (syngas) through suitable reforming technology and then converted into methanol through catalytic synthesis and distillation.

Efficiency Integration: Maximize carbon recovery while minimizing energy consumption across every step.

Our Sustainability Impact
